Return period

You can return a product bought online within 14 calendar days of receiving it, without giving a reason. If your order arrived in several parts, the period runs from receipt of the last item.

How to return

Notify us before the period ends: write to info@ghilaki.ge or call +995 558 434 888, stating the order number and the item you are returning. We will confirm receipt by email. Send the item back to us within 7 days of your notice:

• bring it to our office at 56 Asmati St., Didi Digomi, Tbilisi, Georgia, free of charge;
• or send it to us by courier; the courier service costs 10 GEL and is paid by the buyer.

Conditions

Return the item complete: with its accessories, instructions and warranty card. You may open the packaging to inspect the item. If the item was used beyond what inspection requires and its value decreased as a result, that difference will be deducted from the refund.

Refund

We will refund the full amount, including the standard delivery fee, by the same payment method, no later than 14 days after your notice. We may withhold the refund until we have received the item or confirmation that it has been sent.

Faulty or wrong item

If the item turns out to be faulty or you received a different item, we will replace it with a new one and cover the courier cost. A defect that appears later is handled under the warranty terms.

What cannot be returned

• a product whose price does not exceed 30 GEL;
• software, a digital code or a licence whose seal has been broken;
• a hygiene item whose protective packaging has been opened (e.g. headphone ear pads);
• a product assembled to your specification or specially ordered for you.

You may use this text for your notice, or write to us in your own words:
