Who processes the data
The controller of personal data is Ghilaki LLC (შპს ღილაკი) (identification code 405882905, 56 Asmati St., Didi Digomi, Tbilisi, Georgia). For any request concerning your data, write to info@ghilaki.ge.
What data we collect
We collect only the data needed to fulfil an order: name, phone number, email, address and, for the warranty document, personal ID number.
How we protect it
Data is stored encrypted and is accessible only to authorised staff. We do not pass it to third parties, except the courier service, the bank when paying by card, and cases provided for by law. Card details are processed on the bank’s side and are not stored by us.
Cookies and analytics
The website uses Google Analytics to understand which pages are viewed and how to improve the site. It stores cookies in your browser and sends Google anonymous data about the visit: pages, device type and approximate location. We do not send Google your name, phone number, address or order details. You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings, and the site will keep working.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, its correction or its deletion: write to info@ghilaki.ge and we respond within 10 working days.
