Warranty period

Products carry a warranty of at least 12 months. For some brands the period may be longer; it is stated on the product page.

What it covers

The warranty covers manufacturing defects. Service is provided on presentation of the receipt and the warranty card.

• Diagnostics are free during the warranty period.
• Repairs take from 5 to 30 days, depending on the availability of parts.
• A product that cannot be repaired will be replaced, or your money will be refunded.

What it does not cover

The warranty does not apply to mechanical damage, liquid damage, unauthorised repair, or natural wear and tear (e.g. battery life).
