General provisions
This document governs the relationship between Ghilaki LLC (შპს ღილაკი) (identification code 405882905, 56 Asmati St., Didi Digomi, Tbilisi, Georgia) and the customer when an order is placed on the website. By confirming an order, the customer agrees to the terms set out below.
Placing an order
An order is considered accepted once payment has been confirmed — for payment by invoice, when the amount arrives in our account. If a product is out of stock, we will contact you and offer an alternative or a full refund.
- Prices are shown in Georgian lari (GEL) and include VAT.
- Promotional terms apply while stocks last.
- Product photos may differ from the actual packaging.
Responsibilities of the parties
The shop is not liable for damage caused by improper use of a product. The customer must check that the packaging is intact on delivery.
Dispute resolution
Any dispute is settled by negotiation. If no agreement is reached, the dispute is resolved in accordance with the legislation of Georgia.
