This group covers three things: phone calls over a computer network, meeting-room equipment and displaying images. An IP phone uses the network instead of an ordinary phone line and works with a phone system (IP PBX) or a provider's service; if it is powered over PoE, you do not need a separate adapter. When choosing a projector, brightness matters more than resolution – in daylight anything under 3,000 lumens loses its point. Where a room is bright, an interactive display replaces both the projector and the whiteboard.
