A solar panel's output is given in watts, but that's an ideal-conditions figure – real output depends on tilt angle, orientation and shading. One shaded panel reduces the output of the whole string. The combined voltage of the panels must fall within the permitted range of your inverter or controller. Mounting frames, MC4 connectors and solar cable are separate accessories, and the system can't be put together without them.
