A gray thermal compound with 11.5W/m·K thermal conductivity helps transfer heat away from CPU or other computer chips, while its non-electrical-conductive formula adds safety during use. The syringe format makes application and storage straightforward, and the rubber cap helps prevent the contents from hardening when reused.
Description
It comes in 2g net weight and is designed for a working range of -40~200℃. Scale markings on the syringe support more accurate measurement, and the materials include polydimethylsiloxane, Zinc Oxide, and Aluminum Oxide.
