High thermal conductivity of 5.6 W/m•K (>5.6) helps improve heat transfer between contact surfaces by filling air gaps and reducing thermal resistance. The formula has a thermal resistance of <0.0014 °C-in2/W and includes metal oxide compounds and silicone compounds.
Description
The syringe format makes application more controlled, while the 4 g amount is suitable for repeated use. Its viscosity of 870 and thixotropic index of 350±10 support stable consistency during application. The paste is grey in colour and operates in a wide temperature range from -30 - +280 °C, with storage temperature of +25 °C and shelf life of 5 years before use.
