A 28 cm cooking surface and Triply stainless steel construction give this pan a sturdy feel, with 304 stainless steel, aluminum and 430 stainless steel in three layers. The non-stick PFLUON inner coating helps reduce sticking, while the scratch-resistant surface supports everyday cooking.
Description
It has a 2.5 mm wall and bottom thickness, a 5.3 cm height, and a stainless steel handle. The pan works with gas, electric, induction, halogen and glass-ceramic cooktops, and it is dishwasher safe.
