Description
The inner surface has a three-layer PFLUON non-stick coating, and the soft-touch bakelite handle adds a secure grip. The heat-resistant glass lid with a steam vent helps monitor cooking, and the pan works with gas, electric, induction, halogen, and glass-ceramic cooktops. It is not recommended for dishwasher washing.
