Cast aluminum construction supports even heating, while the two-layer PFLUON marble non-stick coating is resistant to scratches and high temperatures. The 20 cm body has a 4 l volume and a 16 cm height, giving a deep cooking vessel with a glass lid and a steam vent.
Description
It is suitable for Glass ceramic cookers, Electric cookers, gas cookers, Halogen cookers and Induction cooktops. The lid can stay on in the oven, with a maximum temperature of 220 °C. The black finish and 1.32 kg weight complete the design.
