Hand tool sets and miscellaneous

Buying guide

A set is worth it when you need lots of different sizes and types; buying individually makes sense when you need just one tool. A set organised in a case also saves time: everything is in one place and a missing size shows up straight away. Check what the holders and handles are made of, as a plastic latch is the first thing to break. Often half the sizes in a set never get used, so look at the contents more closely than the picture on the box.
